When I moved to Jamestown, I thought my diamond days were behind me. Then my new neighbors found out what I used to do.
One asked me to make a ring. Then a necklace. Then an engagement ring for her daughter. Before long, I had reconnected with the network of exceptional diamond and gem sources I’d spent a career building and added some remarkable new ones.
In doing those first few pieces for friends, I rediscovered something I’d almost forgotten: how much joy there is in collaborating with someone to create their dream. Watching a vision become a sketch, a sketch become a gem selection, and a gem selection become something they’ll wear for the rest of their life.
So I’m consulting again. By appointment, from a low-overhead model that lets me pass something unusual on to you: I don’t carry the cost of a building, an inventory, or a staff. What I don’t pay for, neither do you.
